Justice Secretary Jesus Crispin C. Remulla has ordered the Bureau of Immigration (BI) to grant employment visas only to corporations registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC).

Remulla said he issued the directive based on "the proliferation of visas issued to fake corporations and sole proprietorships."

During a press briefing on Tuesday, Jan. 16, Remulla said: “As a matter of policy, I’m asking the BI not to grant anymore visas to sole proprietorships but only to corporations that have the stamp of approval of the SEC."

“We’re talking about more than 500 corporations and thousands and thousands of visas issued with the petitions of these corporations which have been presumed validated by the legal department and the visa issuing authority of the BI," Remulla who noted that many of the visas were used to get into Philippine Offhsore Gaming Operators (POGOs).

“It is an affront to our soveriegnty that these people have been issuing all of these to them,” he stressed.

He expressed suspicion that those involved in issuing the visas were “probably in cahoots because you are talking about due diligence as a matter of government policy in every transaction.”

He warned: “It’s just the tip of the iceberg."

“I would be asking for a fuller investigation and that’s what we discussed yesterday (Jan. 15),” he said. assured Remulla who wanted to trace the visa issuances as far back as five years ago.

He recalled that he had previously asked Immigration Commissioner Norman Tansingco to reorganize the BI’s visa processing group without the involvement of the legal office.

However, Remulla lamented that the BI has been moving “very slow” do to it.

He recounted that he received information about the anomaly back in August and had it validated. Back in October, he said he revealed about the issuance of the visas based on the request of fake corporations.

At that time, he proposed to have a third-party, preferably the Visa Facilitation Services (VFS), to handle it.

第二个：司法部在反复强调这个签证的漏洞他早就发现了 但是推不动 如果这样就是在愚弄菲律宾人民~ 既然菲律宾搞不定 那就可以考虑给第三方VFS公司去搞~ 这确实是一个思路~
这个第三方VFS号称全球最大的签证中介不是第一次被司法部长提及 在电子签被停掉的时候也有被提及 且是反复提及~
当时菲律宾司法部就强调菲律宾的外交部是没有能力审核清楚申请签证材料的 菲律宾外交部对此进行辩解 说自己能~ 然后电子签就被停掉了~
VFS在两次事件中多次被提出~ 所以如果司法部长要真的堵各种签证上的漏洞 那么VFS 或者类似的第三方机构将在日后要扮演很重要的角色~
那第三方真的就能万无一失吗？当然扯淡 别的不说 欧美澳新签证资料造假那么多 第三方能审核出多少？ 我这个做出真实资料的反倒有问题 太王八蛋了~ 但是钱是真没有少收 更王八蛋了~
第三个：这个事情不是针对中国人 包括韩国人 印度人 越南人 美国人等等都有 属于“普惠” 所以不用上升到民族对立的层面~
第四个：对于这个事儿从合规的角度上看这个窟窿应该是要堵上的 从立场上肯定是正确的 但是一旦真的堵上了这个窟窿 就意味着很多想借助9G工签来菲律宾的发展的人就来不了了~ 这个润滑剂就没有了~
对于这个群体的人就只能选择真实工作 但是大家都懂哪里有那么多真实工作~ 要不然就是走养老签 50岁又是个坎~ 要不就是投资签 要7.5万美金~ 这些对想来菲律宾搏一搏的中底层人来说肯定无法接受~
所以菲律宾是把一些想来菲律宾荷闯荡但包不足的人给毙了 表明菲律宾只要真有实力的 那么钱就证明了这个实力 反过来那能有这些钱的人也就证明了他们的实力~
第五个：有人批评菲律宾的签证政策不稳定 因为菲律宾是个垃圾国家 反复无常~ 这个我持反对立场 这个人家的主场签证政策肯定人家自己决定 天生的法理~ 这两年英国 澳大利亚不是也改了不少 关了不少 你说这俩也和菲律宾一个档次？
说明全天下无论国家好坏垃不垃圾都喜欢接收精英实力派 毕竟对自己的好处多~ 我也相信堵上这个窟窿 还会有新窟窿出来 应该还是会挺热闹的~
最后对于这个事儿 大家先去自查一下 真是在SEC系统上查不到的那先降签再做打算吧~ 上次干的是菠菜 这次干挂靠 下次还不知道干啥 就知道2028年之前估计是踏实不了了~ 到了2028估计东盟其它国家早就甩的让菲律宾100年追不上了~
